How seduce your man with lingerie

Lingerie is important when it comes to turning on a man.  Lingerie should always be so that it hugs your body and helps to bring about your beautiful curves.

Make sure that you pick good quality lingerie that has good fabric. Go for materials like soft cotton, silk and satin. And remember, lace lingerie is top of the list - it makes men go weak in the knees!

Lingerie alone won’t seduce your man -   complement your lingerie with make-up which is both, sexy and not over-done. Keep it simple yet stylish. You can also set the room on fire, if you set your hair giving yourself a mind-blowing hairstyle.

Sexy lingerie can help enhance your lovemaking life. Get a tanned skin so that your body will look radiant in your lingerie.

Sexy lingerie will make your night wild and will melt your partner but remember, body language will either seal the deal or blow a beautiful evening – be sexually radiant and be positive and inviting!

Sexy Body Language

How is your body language?

By simply learning a few secrets, you can instantly make a greater impression, allowing you to stand out from the crowd. It is possible for any woman to become more attractive through many ways, but body language is one of the most important factors to boost your attractiveness and make a more striking first impression.

Plant yourself when standing still

Place your feet slightly wider apart than natural, this will stop you from shifting your weight. Notice how your feet feel planted. You will feel much more stable allowing you to stand for longer periods of time, and appear stronger. This technique is used by martial artists, as a solid base increases your balance and ability to deal with anything that comes your way.

Do not touch your face, fidget, or fiddle

How do you normally hold your hands? Twitching and fidgeting makes you look nervous, which is usually unattractive to the sub-conscious mind. The best way to learn this is to go out and observe, as it’s easier to see it in other people. If you have trouble stopping your “nervous twitch” try keeping your hands by your sides with your thumbs placed between the index and middle fingers on each hand. This should remove, or at least reduce, the need for your fingers to constantly be doing something.

Whatever you do, don’t look down

Just like when you are hanging off a cliff! Keep your head held upright. If you feel the need to look away, look up or sideways, but never look down! Looking down is a proven sign of weakness and submission, which is generally a killer in the dating game.

Make slow head movements

Women of high status everywhere: on film, in business, and in your social circle all have certain traits in common. One of these is slow, smooth movements. Don't jerk and jolt your head around as though you've been drinking caffeine all day, instead look around slowly and smoothly. Smoothness and lack of fidgety movements are the main factors.

Walk more slowly and smoothly

This makes you come across more high-status. A sense of quiet confidence is given off just by behaving more comfortable and smoothly. When out in a bar or club, slow it down even more and you will stand out from other people who are rushing around frantically... remember, you are important enough that people will wait for you, you don’t need to hurry...

Don’t hold a drink in front of your chest

Whilst holding a drink, hold it down by your side, or somewhere other then in front of your chest. In body language, this is a blocking /defensive posture that causes you to appear weak.
Remember, combine all the above-mentioned with killer sexiness!

The language of seduction

Every woman needs to know how to speak the language of seduction! The language of seduction is you greatest tool in seducing and winning the man you love.

But, do not be misled. Although the spoken word is a necessity, the focus should be on non-verbal communication. Most of it is based on the silent words that speak through your body, known as body language. While performing your act of flirtation, it is important to match your body language with it. Be playful by slightly touching him in a playful way, such as a light shove and laughing. Your body actions should tell the story that you are a desirable person and that you want him.

Remember, it is also very important to be able to get his non-verbal feedback on all your flirting and seduction efforts. I you read it wrongly, or do not interpret it correctly, all your hard efforts can be in vain! Pay attention to how he responds. If he seems uncomfortable with your words or playful ways, then tone it down.

To be feminine and seductive does not always take place when you are trying to get the person you have your eyes on. Continue with your seductive character even after getting in a relationship. It is actually the most important time to bring out your seductive side because it will help the relationship remain hot, spicy, and sexy. You will always keep your partner wanting more! Keep him on his toes by dressing the part, leaving your mark, talking the talk, acting the act, and being yourself.

Self-confidence and a Good Body Posture

A woman’s self-confidence is evident by her posture. Your posture means the way you carry yourself. Your posture is also one of the main factors which contributes to the first impression another person may form of you. Making good first impressions can be very beneficial e.g. job interviews.

When you stand tall and proud, you portray an image of self-confidence. Your posture is the way you keep body aligned with its centre of gravity. A good posture is when you have control of your body’s alignment in relation to the centre of gravity. A person with poor posture can easily be spotted; they tend to slouch with drooping shoulders and head bowed.

It is easy to improve your posture. The important thing is to remember that having correct posture requires a conscious effort and dedication.

Here are some tips on how to acquire and maintain correct posture:

Whilst at work

• Use an ergonomic chair that fits and support your back.
• Always sit with your back against the seat,  your knees at your hip level and  your shoulders should be parallel to your hips.
• Regularly, stand up and stretch or just walk briskly down the passage and back.

Whilst carrying a bag

• Do not overload your bag and regular clean it up of unnecessary items.
• If you are using a backpack, make sure that you put the heavier items close to your back, thus providing support for your back.
• The handles and straps of your bags and backpacks should be padded and wide. In addition, backpacks should have hip straps.

Everyday Living

• As far as possible, try to avoid shoes with high heels, as high heels can alter your centre of gravity, which could result in poor posture.
• Exercise regularly, which will help the body become stronger and develop much needed support for your back.

Whilst sleeping

• As far as possible, sleep on your back or on your side.
• If you prefer sleeping on your side, place a pillow between your legs.
• Avoid any over-sized pillows, as they can result in neck injury problems or pain.

To have a good posture requires daily effort and practise. However hard it may seem, it is worth it in the long term.

Effective Communication and Relationships

Communication is a two-way process, which involves talking, listening, and understanding. To communicate effectively, we need to be open and honest, to say clearly, what we mean, while respecting our partner’s feelings and rights.

Communication occurs at more than one level. How our bodies ‘speak’, or the so-called body language is also very important. It seems we tend to trust body language rather than words. Once we understand the body’s message, we are able to interpret the way in which words are said. We listen to whether a person’s sounds angry or sad, happy or exited, and we look to see whether their body is relaxed, tense, or defensive. If the person’s words and body language contradict each other, we are unable to trust their words, and communication becomes much more difficult. Unless you and your partner understand how each other communicate – both body language and words – you will be unable to understand each other. Communication can get even more difficult if we are not sure of our exact feelings and say the first thing that comes to mind in an argument, rather than think it over.

Part of communicating is negotiating. This means giving our point of view and listening to our partner’s point of view, coming up with all the possible options, and then finding solutions that will satisfy both. This can be stimulating, rewarding, and even fun. It involves thinking and listening closely to our partners.

Good communication can help you and your partner to become closer and build a stronger, more satisfying relationship. It is also an essential tool for sorting out problems in your relationship.

The 3 Body Language Flirting Tips That Will Draw A Man In

Are you uncomfortable and nervous about the idea of flirting with a man? Do you feel blocked even rigid with fear when you’re in the presence of a man, fear that you might get rejected by him?

You may not be aware that your non-verbal is telling a man that you are unapproachable. He feels whether or not you are open to having a conversation that will flow with ease or whether it will be awkward. And this decision is made within seconds of seeing you.

I know it’s not fair but we are ALL guilty of the same thing…judging people by their cover. Once you know that it’s not a personal thing but an automatic impulse that is almost out of our control…then you get the courage to step up and become visible!

I remember feeling like the nerd in school…involved in every social activity but never had a boyfriend. And once my divorce happened, I found myself in the same predicament…I had to go back out in the dating scene and get over my fears all over again. I was surprised at how insecure I felt…the courage I lacked.

The one thing that got me back in the game was my body language! And not just any kind of body language but the kind where I consciously flirted!

I wanted to be that charismatic woman that everyone noticed. I spent years being in the background with my ex-husband that it was time for me to shine. So first I looked up the meaning of flirting.

Here is what I found…

“Behave as though attracted to or trying to attract someone, but without serious intention; act amorously without serious intentions; play at love; coquet”

And when I asked men how they felt about women flirting…they unanimously agreed that it IS a necessary skill in looking attractive. They actually felt like it was a compliment towards them!

So flirting really means taking an interest in someone…being curious about what motivates a man in a playful way. And when you set that intension, then every body language technique you do is coming from a kind place where it doesn’t feel like an interrogation.

A man doesn’t remember as much the words you use but how he feels being around you. Throughout your encounter your body should move like oil…no tension, no stiffness…just flow.

So how do you make this flow of your body language happen?

Become aware of these 3 flirting tips:

1) LEAN BACK

In any conversation with a man, it’s important to lean back in your stance or in your chair. This action makes you naturally relax into the convers ation. Leaning back takes away all tension in the body, where every move or transition will feel like oil (nothing harsh…you melt into every body position or self-touch).

2) UNZIP YOUR HEART

I learned this technique from my coach Rori Raye. It allowed me to go a level deeper in listening. If you can visualize yourself unzipping and exposing your heart. You’ve got it! It feels vulnerable but freeing at the same time. You take down your guard while listening so that to remain compassionate.

3) SELF-TOUCH

A woman that regularly touches herself gives the impression to a man that she is comfortable in her body…she loves how her body feels. So caress your neck, your arm, your hair…anything that will make you relax into listening and being in his presence while enjoying yourself.

Within seconds of doing these flirting techniques, men would smile, move in towards me and feel the ease of being in my presence.
