When it comes to exercise, motivate and expand on your usual routine of training – there’s no need to lose hair worrying! Here are some tips and tricks as simple as the alphabet. Add in a few in your life to see results within a few months.

Improve muscle mass

Regular practice of a sport increases how many calories you burn, but increasing the intensity of it helps your muscles develop more. Too often, women forsake the gym for fear of excessive growth of muscle mass. Big mistake. It is perfectly possible to maintain a proper weight; you end up burning more calories during your cardio workout. Doing the same thing over and over is not very good either!

Don’t Quit
