How to Make Iced Ginger Ale




Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cups soda water
  • Lemon slices
  • Ice
Boil the water and add the grated ginger to the water. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain. Add the honey. Allow to cool off to room temperature. 

To use, pour ½ cup into a glass. Add soda water, a slice of lemon and ice. Stir and serve.
