Most Effective Exercises: Walking
Walking as an exercise is always a winner; and the beauty of
it is that everybody is doing it at least once a day for whatever reason!
You can walk anywhere, anytime. Use a treadmill or hit the
streets. All you need is a good pair of shoes.
Another benefit is that you do not have to allocate special time
of your already packed day to fit in walking - just do what I do; I walk to
work and back every day! Ok, I know, I have the benefit that my work is only 4
km from my home whilst many are not that lucky.
Therefore, for those who have to allocate specific time for exercise
every day, here is how it works: For a beginning start with five to ten minutes
at a time. Increase the time with about 2 minutes for each walk until you reach
about 30 minutes per walk - you can then stick to these 30 minutes for a month
and there after consider adding some more time per walk - it is up to you. But
30 minutes a day of brisk walking is more than sufficient.
Enjoy it but please look after your safety during walking
and the best advice is to have somebody walking with you!

Getting Quick Energy
The combination of food eating habits, regular exercise, and
self-motivation is the best way to generate quick energy whenever you need
it.
There are moments when all of us feel the need for energy.
Unfortunately, there are no magic potions available though there are some
high-energy foods (like chocolates of crisps) and stimulants (like tea or
coffee) that can give you a temporary lift. But getting quick energy depends on
maintaining how to summon up the energy stored inside it.
Good Eating habits
Though most of us eat more than enough for our energy needs,
we do not always eat in the most efficient way for generating energy. Irregular
of unbalanced eating patterns make it hard to tap our energy resources when we
need them.
You should therefore try to eat three meals daily of roughly
equal energy value, avoiding hard-to digest, rich, stodgy or fried foods. Some
people prefer a bigger breakfast, others eat four or five small meals, with
their content healthy and nutritious; you should be constantly supplied with
energy.
If your energy does flag, make yourself a high-protein drink
from tomato juice, fruit juice or buttermilk by adding wheat germ or Brewer’s
yeast, both high in energy-giving vitamin B. Natural yoghurt and non-fat dried
milk are also good energy boosters, either on their own or mixed with fresh
fruit, juices, and wheat germ or Brewer’s yeast.
Regular Physical Exercise
Keeping your body in
peak physical condition makes energy self-generating. A good keep-fit routine
in the morning –even if it means 10 minutes of simple exercise like touching
your toes and running on the spot – will limber you up and get your circulation
going.
In the evening, after work, you should try harder exercises
such as jogging of swimming. Doing these on a regular basis will bring your
body into better condition and increase your ability to generate quick
energy.
If, during the day, your energy level falls, you can make it
rise again in a number of ways, take a brisk walk or do some keep fit exercises
during your lunch hour.
Self-motivation
Energy has a psychological as well as physical aspect. If
you feel enough motivation to do something, you can generally do it if you
summon up the necessary energy.
Therefore, when you have a task that requires a rapid release of energy,
or when you feel yourself going limp, take a few moments to think about what
must be done. Try to motivate yourself by reflecting on the tasks of
importance, or thinking about how good you will feel about achieving your goal.
Then get up …..and get on with it!

How to Have Beautiful and Sexy Legs
Together with their eyes and breasts, women's
legs are a primary target for men's scrutiny and approval.
Here is how to go for those beautiful, sexy
legs:
·
If your legs are too fat, lose
fat by going on a sensible diet and exercise. Start a regular sport activity or
go to the gym.
·
Sometimes, legs may not be fat,
but look heavy, because of bad circulation. Put your legs and feet up.
·
If your legs are too thin,
improve them with exercise. The legs can look much more attractive with better
muscle tone. Walking and bicycling are wonderful exercises for shapely legs. At
the office, walk up the stairs, instead of taking the elevator!
·
Avoid standing for prolonged
periods of time to reduce the appearance of varicose veins.
·
Smooth legs look more appealing
than fuzzy legs. Creams can be used as hair removers, and there is quite a
number of shaving tools present in the market. But the best natural depilatory
is a turmeric paste, apply it before a bath, and leave it on to dry.
·
After a bath, make your skin
feel good by moisturizing it.
·
Avoid excessive sun exposure.
·
Avoid baths that are too hot.
·
Elevate or raise your legs when
sleeping.
·
Always finish your shower with
a cold water jet on your legs.
·
Drink a lot of water.
There you are. Remember, it is no good to
look sexy. You must also be sexy!
