Health Drink Recipe: Peach and Ginger Shake



You will need:
  • 2 medium sized fresh ginger knobs
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and quartered
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 mint sprigs

Grate the ginger finely and squeeze the juice out of the pulp into a blender (discard the squeezed pulp). Add the peaches, banana, apple juice and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, place a mint sprig in each and serve immediately.
