Health Drink: Ginger Brew



You will need:
  • 2 cups unsweetened apple juice
  • 4 thin slices fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon
In a sauce pan, heat the apple juice and ginger. Juice the lemon and add with the rinds to the pan. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain into two mugs, sweeten with the honey and serve immediately.
