How to be a seductive beauty

Seduction is alluring

Making ourselves alluring and attractive to the one we desire is both fun and exciting. If that wasn't the case, then there wouldn't be as much need for glamorous lingerie stores, hair dressers, rows and rows of cosmetic shelves in department stores, stores that sell sexy clothing and hundreds of fragrances from name brand manufacturers.
It all depends on what turns on the object of your desire. Some women love a man with a full beard, whereas, others couldn't tolerate all that facial hair. Some men are switched on by a female in black, lacy lingerie and five inch heels while other men couldn't care less as they would rather have less packaging to deal with. A pair of sexy legs is appealing to a man. Women seem to prefer manly posteriors (okay, butts). It is all very subjective and based on personal preferences.
So, in order to be seductive, you will have to do your homework and know what turns on his/her switch. You will need to get to know the person to accomplish this.

Seduction is Romantic

Romance is the fine art of genuinely treating the object of your love with a sweet daringness that arouses the desire in them to want to be with you. If you want to seduce him/her, be romantic!

Seduction is Visual

To be seductive, you have to look appealing and sexy.
And most importantly, have Fun!

You and your self-esteem

What is self-esteem?

Self-Esteem is the way you look at and feel about yourself. It means to value something or someone, thinking and believing that that something or someone is of great importance.

If you are always fighting with yourself and feeding yourself thoughts that make you feel less valuable or not as important or attractive as other people, then you are suffering from Low Self-Esteem. Unfortunately, most people suffer from this, but the good news is, you can kick low self-esteem out of your life, inviting and living a high self-esteem instead. You might have even tried giving your self-esteem a boost, but were later disappointed to see that it did not quite work out the way you imagined.

Like every other person, you have probably adapted and grown to believe that feeling insecure and feeling that you are not good enough is normal and impossible to beat; therefore you just accept it and set an subconscious rule that you need to and deserve to feel badly and poorly when you look at yourself.

The thing about low self-esteem is, that is cannot be cured in one day, or even soon for that matter. When working on achieving high self-esteem, know that it can never and will never be achieved as long as you keep negative ingredients involved, such as giving up.

What does matter and needs to be realized is that you have chosen to stay in negativity for so long, that you have become so comfortable with the fact that you do not like yourself. t, that you now crave and need to feel sorry for yourself and subconsciously enjoy victimizing yourself and grabbing negative attention from others.

Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you do not feel sorry for yourself anymore and that you have the power and strength to feel and be happy, confident, and successful, and you will do it because you are valuable and deserve it, just as anyone else would.

So do not be afraid to face yourself, and every time you do look at yourself and observe the things that go on around you, take notes of the positive things and the things you do like and admire about yourself.

When you do come to times where you are not satisfied with the way you look or the things you have done, shift your mind and soul over to a positive side, pointing out the things you are happy with and feel great about, and always reward yourself for it.

Lastly, make your presence appear only around other positive people and other positive energies.

Maintaining a healthy and high self-esteem will be successful if you continue to motivate and encourage it.

You are beautiful

You are beautiful – yes, you are, although beauty is more than skin-deep. Beauty is unique grace and confidence, a shining light that sparkles through the eyes and smile. It's not what you look like; it's what you project.

Beauty is a subjective quality and a universal perfect beauty is but an abstract concept.

Secretly, we all want to be beautiful and make the best of ourselves. We want to look more beautiful without losing the essence of what makes us uniquely attractive.

Perfect beauty is an elusive concept, but if you can feel good about yourself by enhancing your looks, you may find more joy in your life.

Enjoy the beautiful you and Life!

Women are Wise and Wonderful Creatures!

Lord Byron, the famous poet said: “The great thing is to feel we exist, even though in pain.” Very true and applicable words!

Women have the ability to be drawn to those who are not afraid to let themselves feel, because they are swept along by the tide of enthusiasm, the zest for life, the vibrancy, and the joy. No wonder that other women will want to join you, to participate in the funny, crazy, sad and beautiful experiences of life.

Unfortunately, we can quickly get into the habit of trying to restrain our true feelings and the sad result is that we can lose touch with our own reality – we constantly try to project a ‘safe’ image – neatly packaged, antiseptic, cool, and collected.

Go and look at children – they are so beautiful because they are so alive, free spirited – they have not yet been conditioned in those often crippling adult restraints. These restraints, if exercised to the extreme, can actually close us off from life.

We as women will forever be happier with ourselves to release the abundant life within us; and we will certainly be more attractive, beautiful, and interesting to our friends, loved ones, and partners!

Why Is Self Worth and Body Image Important?

Self worth and body image is important because to truly get the most from self-pleasure and let’s be truthful to get the most from life you must have confidence in yourself and be comfortable in your own skin. Unfortunately for many women that isn’t the case. There are a number of factors for this.

It doesn’t help when you look in magazines and see skinny, airbrushed models wearing expensive clothes looking glamorous; the modern world seems to worship the perfect body and if you have low self esteem it is easy to believe that you are too tall, fat or unattractive

Girls, we are own worst critics picking up every small real or perceived fault with ourselves. We have all been a slave to the scale or checked the mirror more times that is healthy trying to work out why we look the way we do and if we think we are attractive enough. If we are not happy with our own body then we can’t get the most from it.

Whatever your body shape you are attractive and you are beautiful. You don’t have to be thin to be attractive! Women the first step is to be confident, appreciate your own body. Whatever you believe is true there is someone out there who finds you attractive. Beauty is not all about looks but confidence and believing in your own self-worth.

The trick to recognize is that your body is unique, enjoy and love it. Look at yourself and focus on the good details. People will focus on the good and not the bad. Believe in yourself and then you will see that everything else will follow.
