You can eat to make you beautiful

The term 'beauty comes from within' traditionally means that personality, kindness and compassion are just important as the way you look. If you are beautiful on the inside, you will be beautiful on the outside too.

This common saying can also be taken to mean that beauty grows from what we put into our bodies, namely the food we eat.

We all know our diet contributes to our body weight but it's also intrinsically linked to our skin, hair and nails.

Without, drinking sufficient water and eating enough fruit and vegetables, we will not get the vitamins, minerals and fluids our skin needs.

No amount of face creams and serums can compensate for a poor diet.

However, it is important not to go overboard with your diet. The key is a healthy, balanced diet... one that you have more than a remote chance of maintaining.

Developing a positive relationship with food and our bodies

One way of protecting ourselves and our families from developing eating disorders is by encouraging a positive relationship with food and our bodies.

Most of us want to confirm to the media images of women, because we are made to feel that this will lead to success and happiness. However, it is vital to make peace with who we are instead. We need to recognise our need for food and the enjoyment we get from it. We need to nurture our bodies and value their health, regardless of whether they conform to an ‘ideal’ image.

Keep this in mind if you join an organisation or use a product to help you get thin. Are you tackling the real issues by doing this? Groups that empower you to understand and accept yourself might be more appropriate. If you really do have  weight problem (and this should be confirmed by a health worker),there are constructive ways of addressing it, by means of sensible eating habits, a healthy diet and regular exercise.

10 Sexy Commandments

Want to be better and more confident in bed? Make sure you follow these...

1. Thou shalt love thy body

A perfect body is not a prerequisite for good sex. But being comfortable with what you have is. You are never going to reach the heights of pleasure if you’re worrying whether your thighs look fat in a certain position. Or if you don’t breathe because you’re too busy sucking in your stomach or pushing out your boobs. A lot of women don’t enjoy foreplay because they are ashamed of their bodies. This is stupid. Stop doing it. We’re aiming for wild abandon here, folks. So start loving your body. And be thankful for what it does for you. And guys, don’t worry too much about the size of your penis. A confident, skilled lover can make up for a lot where you might lack in size.
